e’re a dynamic duo with no quit in us. We often have a hard time stopping our “work day” because finished isn’t finished until we have something that we are truly proud of.
We built this business because we have a drive and passion to do things a little differently. We thought hard about what we could offer to make things easier for not just the end user but for our potential client. Everything is focused on the importance of “user friendly” now but how about the experience to get there?
It came down to the fact that, everyone we spoke with about their experience with the web design process was sorely (and that’s a bit of an understatement) dissatisfied. From poor communication to being downright “ghosted” at the end of a project. The end result was, yes, they had a website and yeah, maybe it looked pretty okay but, they felt left.
We feel like this process of digging deep, finding a voice, a brand identity, creativity, is somewhat of a vulnerable one so imagine what that feels like when it abruptly ends. It would be quite a bitter feeling.
We set out to help people understand the value and importance of design and branding but in the process, to make people feel heard and taken care of. We focus on the experience of our client first and cultivate that relationship. Are you more open to sharing ideas with a friend or with a stranger? The end product whether it be a full blown site and new branding or, that perfect business card, will always be great when it’s born from an experience of collaboration, a little vulnerability and a little fun!
We do this because we love watching folks achieve their dreams. Getting the chance to be a part of that, helps us achieve ours too!
